Beth Goodwin grow up in the small town of Hazen, North Dakota. She traded in coal mining for corn farming and headed down to Bellevue, Nebraska in August of 2018. At Bellevue Travel, she delights in helping families, couples, and groups explore the warmth of the Caribbean, diversity of America, and the beauty of Canada.
An avid foodie, Beth tries to take part in a food tour on every vacation, believing food is the perfect way to experience the culture, history, and soul of a destination. On a recent trip to St. Louis with the love of her life, Beth went on a food tour throughout downtown, stopping at Dressel’s for a delicious sandwich in a historic building for starters and finishing the tour at Bissingers Handcrafted Chocolatier to enjoy their fine chocolates made with a 350-year-old recipe.
A pet-parent to an adorable leopard gecko and two clingy cats, Beth is passionate about responsibly interacting with animals while on vacation. Donned with her reef-safe sunscreen, she dreams of swimming with the pigs in the Bahamas and viewing wild manatees in Florida.
Over winter breaks from school, Beth’s family used to go on downhill skiing adventures until they got their first taste of a white sand Christmas in Cancun, Mexico. They have been hooked on escaping the cold and heading to the Caribbean or Mexico ever since! Some of Beth’s fondest memories with her family were created on vacation and she looks forward to a life filled with many more.
